Pointer #4: Creating Your Portfolio

PRX Pointers — Getting the most out of PRX.org

Your portfolio is a special playlist that showcases your best work on your PRX profile. You can have unlimited number of works in your portfolio, but only six will appear in the scrollable portfolio window on your profile at a time. This is so you can take turns highlighting your best work.

Your portfolio also allows you to feature pieces you have contributed to, but which are published by another producer, group, or station on PRX.

To add a piece to a portfolio:

• From the piece you want to add, click Add to playlist or portfolio from the Actions menu on the right.
• Select Portfolio under the account name you want to add it to.

To remove or reorder pieces already in your portfolio:

• Go to My PRX > scroll down to Edit Portfolio
  OR
  Click the word Portfolio on your PRX profile
• Edit content lets you reorder your pieces. The top six pieces in your portfolio will display on your PRX profile.
• Edit portfolio info allows you to change the portfolio description and add a photo.
