The Affiliated Media Foundation Movement (AM/FM) is a grassroots effort to
produce public radio news serving the needs and interests of low and
moderate income Americans.  We cover social justice topics such as immigrant rights, health care reform, ending foreclosures, workers' rights, community development, promoting a sustainable environment, neighborhood safety awareness, and improving public education from.  AM/FM is a platform for voices not commonly heard in the mainstream media living in all parts of the United States.  Each week we produce a 6-minute newscasts comprised of interviews, essays and short feature-length pieces that provide an in-depth look at a particular topic.   Our weekly newscast will also be available in Spanish.

Our newscasts are available each week free of charge. They would make a good addition to any local news hour. Once a station shows interest, completed shows can be emailed to stations or downloaded directly from our website.
