I stumbled upon the broadcast by accident and am so glad that I had the opportunity to hear the program. The writers/producers' use of framing the historical record of events with contemporary commentaries was effective. I enjoyed hearing about the cultural forces and personal struggles that shaped the Beatles' last year together. Thanks for weaving the elements into an elegant, coherent, and intimate story. After listening to the broadcast, I sat and realized that I'd just heard a kind of eulogy commemorating the life cycle of the Beatles. The broadcast evoked a bit of sadness, nostalgia, and celebration of the Beatles contribution to the human story. Fantastic!
