Review of A Conversation with Mairead Maguire: 1976 Nobel Peace Prize Winner [Peace Talks Radio Series]

Gave me the heart to apply non-violent resolution to issues very close to home. This is the secret, as the interview suggests. From this hard place, forgiveness of self and others in close relationship, comes the spirit that already knows how to make peace viable in our world. I hung on every word.

The interviewer did not intrude, and while clearly she herself had an agenda, she opened the way for Mairead Corrigan Maguire to speak her truth and her very up to date concerns. That she was so current was also of interest to me. Her words on terrorism, the Middle East, Iraq were valuable.
